Module 1: How to Visualize the Goals You Want & Devote to Yourself

We’ll be assessing where you’re at with the Circle of Life, discuss how to devote to yourself and the process, join the FB group, and get your course workbook and creating your goals.

Module 2: Consume More Nourishing Foods

We’ll discuss meal planning, meal prepping, optimizing digestion, and breakdown the sources of your cravings.

Module 3: Move More Through Movement That Works for You

We’ll be going over what type of movement is right for you, common movement mistakes, and create a movement plan.

Module 4: How to Prioritize and Create Restful Sleep

We talk about why sleep is critical, create a nighttime routine, and walk through the products that I’ve used to ensure I get a good night’s sleep.

Module 5: Evaluate the Relationships in Your Life

One of my favorite topics is relationships! We’ll go into detail about my 6 habits of highly effective relationships, how to create a community, and understand what type of relationships you need in your life to thrive.

Module 6: Master Eliminating Toxins Both Internally & Externally

We’ll discuss how to reduce your toxin load, get a full list of green products I use, how to eliminate lifestyle toxins, and create a toxin elimination plan.

Module 7: Create Your Self Care Plan

To round the course out, we’ll go over how and why to create a solid morning routine that’s right for you, establish a self care routine, and the how and why of setting clear and firm boundaries.
